CITY PARK RESERVATION FORM

Complete this form if you are interested in reserving a city picnic shelter or park.


EVENTS, PARADES, AND ASSEMBLIES Permit

Required to submit 30 days prior to an event. This is used for entities wanting to close a portion of the street for an event or parade.


Sidewalk Café Permit Application

This application is for obtaining a Sidewalk Café License. Please review the Sidewalk Café Design Guidelines (below) before completing and submitting the application.


Sidewalk Café Design Guidelines

Sidewalk cafés contribute to a vibrant urban culture and make Anniston streets more dynamic places to walk, socialize, and dine. This document sets forth standards, specifications, design criteria and other requirements for sidewalk cafés in order to ensure that they are safe for patrons and pedestrians and attractive to the downtown venue.

This is needed to do any type of building or construction within a historic district.


Historic District Design Guidelines

These are to be followed when making changes to a structure in a historic district. Main Street Anniston is an historic district, thus property owners on Noble should refer to the guidelines set forth in this document in relation to what it says regarding the downtown Anniston area.
